LEGAL & COMPLIANCE
Terms of Service
These terms establish the operating responsibilities for using Broadcast Tool Pro and its broadcast workflow services.
Effective August 31, 2026
1. Service
Broadcast Tool Pro provides tools for programming, XMLTV operations, traffic reporting, stream inspection, monitoring, and related broadcast workflows. Available modules, limits, and support depend on the assigned plan, add-ons, or pilot access.
2. Accounts and authorized use
Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and use only the access assigned to their organization. Account holders are responsible for activity performed through their users and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
3. Customer content
Customers retain ownership of uploaded files, metadata, logos, URLs, and generated deliverables. By submitting content, the customer confirms it has the authority to process that content and grants the limited permission required to perform the requested workflow.
4. Acceptable use
The service may not be used to violate law, intellectual property, privacy, security controls, provider restrictions, or third-party rights. Users may not probe, overload, bypass limits, distribute malware, or use the platform for unsolicited messaging.
5. Subscriptions and access
Paid access, renewal, cancellation, and approved payment waivers are governed by the account terms shown during activation or otherwise agreed with the organization. Access may be suspended when a term expires, payment is overdue, or use creates security or operational risk.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancellation is scheduled before the renewal date. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access remains available through that date. Downgrades also take effect at the end of the current billing period. Upgrades may take effect immediately and may result in a prorated charge or credit calculated by the payment provider.
Plans are licensed per organization and include one registered channel unless the applicable order states otherwise. Additional channels are billed at the rate shown for the selected plan and use the organization's existing renewal date. When an additional channel is activated during a billing period, the payment provider may charge a prorated amount for the remaining time; this does not create a separate billing cycle.
A request to remove an additional channel takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The channel remains available until that date, no mid-period refund or credit is issued, and the scheduled removal may be canceled before it becomes effective. An organization must retain at least one active channel. Removing a channel from future billing does not automatically delete its prior reports, invoices, audit history, or other records retained under our Privacy Policy or legal obligations.
Except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing, subscription payments are non-refundable and no prorated refunds or credits are provided for unused time in a billing period. Any approved exception or test-payment refund is processed manually through the payment provider. Issuing a refund does not by itself cancel a subscription; cancellation must also be completed or scheduled separately.
6. Outputs and professional review
Validation results, repaired files, reports, and monitoring findings are operational aids. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs and confirming compliance with distributor, platform, contractual, regulatory, and broadcast requirements before use.
7. Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, third-party dependencies, source-data quality, and network conditions may affect availability or results. Features may change to improve security, reliability, compatibility, or compliance.
8. Intellectual property
Broadcast Tool Pro, its software, branding, workflow engines, templates, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. No ownership is transferred by account access.
9. Contact
