DELIVERY & RECIPIENT PROTECTION
Transactional Email Policy
Broadcast Tool Pro uses email for requested account and operational communications, with controls for delivery failures and complaints.
Effective July 30, 2026
1. Messages we send
Transactional messages may include account creation, access-request status, subscription and billing notices, security notices, support updates, and operational service notifications. These messages are triggered by a user action, an account relationship, or a necessary service event.
2. Recipient source
Recipients provide their address directly, belong to an authorized customer organization, or are designated operational contacts. Broadcast Tool Pro does not use purchased, rented, or scraped email lists and does not permit customers to use the service for bulk unsolicited email.
3. Delivery controls
Email is queued and delivered through an approved provider. Delivery, bounce, complaint, and rejection events are recorded. Provider event notifications are authenticated before they can change delivery state.
4. Bounces and complaints
Addresses associated with permanent delivery failures or complaints are suppressed from future delivery. An administrator may remove a suppression only after verifying that the address is valid and the recipient expects the applicable transactional messages.
5. Recipient control
Essential account, access, password recovery, billing, security, support, and welcome messages remain enabled. Recipients may report an unexpected message through the Help Center or website contact channel. Marketing campaigns are outside the current purpose of this system.
6. Monitoring
Platform administrators can review queue health, successful and failed deliveries, complaints, bounces, and suppressed recipients. These records support incident response and responsible sending.
